Terms of Use
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Diddit app. By downloading or using Diddit, you agree to them. Diddit is provided for personal use as a simple, shareable logbook.
License
Your use of Diddit is licensed, not sold. In addition to these terms, your license is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), and to Apple's applicable App Store and iCloud terms. If there is any conflict, these terms apply to the extent they add to, but do not reduce, the protections in Apple's EULA.
Diddit Plus subscription
All features of Diddit are available for free, with a limit of one shared group. Diddit Plus unlocks unlimited shared groups.
- Diddit Plus is an auto-renewing subscription available on a monthly or annual basis. The price for each option is shown in the app before you confirm your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period (monthly or annual) unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Diddit only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to misuse the app or interfere with its operation or with other users of shared groups.
Your data and backups
Diddit stores your data in your iCloud account and syncs it through Apple's services. We do not guarantee that data will never be lost, delayed, or fail to sync, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important. Please see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Disclaimer of warranties
Diddit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Diddit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Diddit after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
